Truth!

Romans 16:17 NLT: “Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people’s faith by teaching things contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them.”

Why are there so many Christian denominations? Unfortunately some have distorted the truth. That’s why it’s so important for each of us to have a Bible, to actually read our Bibles, and then to put into play what we have learned from the Good Book. Test what you’re hearing against what you’ve been reading.

You can glean much good and accurate Bible information on the internet. Nowadays anyone with a phone has access to more information than most seminary students had 50 years ago. But there’s also a lot of misinformation and some outright lies, so we still need to be discerning.

The truth will set you free. The truth fills you with hope for eternity!
