Eternity!

For Friday, July 12, 2024:

1 Peter 4:6 NLT: “The Good News was preached to those who are now dead—so although they were destined to die like all people, they now live forever with God in the Spirit.”

This is a wonderful explanation of life after this life. Our soul, our spirit, our eternal essence lives forever, and can reside either with Satan in the lake of fire or in the place Jesus offered to prepare for us. Obviously Jesus is the better choice!

That’s why, while we are still alive – while we are still in this present life – we need to claim Jesus as our personal savior. We need to take possession of what Jesus promised to us. If we sign on to the Jesus Team in this life, he’ll see that we’re adopted into the Holy Family in our eternal lives!

Sticking with Jesus is a good decision! You’ll be glad you made it!
