Acts 3:6 NLT: “Peter said, ‘I don’t have any silver or gold for you. But I’ll give you what I have. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!’”
Two verses later, the man is praising God, running, leaping into the Temple, where everyone knew the man that had been lame since birth.
It’s difficult for mankind to comprehend the enormity of God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit. What is impossible for us is easy-peasy for God. We tend to first think what is possible for humans, and then assign those same limitations to God, but that’s wrong. We should never limit God to human capacity – the Creator of the World can do so much more.
If God could heal the man who was lame from birth, he can similarly heal our planet from the current World Health Crisis, and heal our nation from the civil unrest we’re currently seeing. So pray! Invoke the name of Jesus! Expect a miracle!
