Believe!

Acts 16:31 NLT: “Paul and Silas replied to their jailer, “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with everyone in your household.”

Not knowing they were Roman citizens, Paul and Silas had been beaten and jailed for prosletizing and casting out a demon from a servant girl. That night, a violent earthquake loosened their chains, and they could have just run away. But they did not!

The jailer, assuming everyone had escaped, prepared to take his own life, but God had other plans. Paul and Silas shared the Good News of Jesus with the jailer and his family. They all believed Paul's testimony, and were baptized straight away! They were given eternal hope!

That same hope is still available to all who claim Jesus as their Savior!
