Glorious Grace!

Ephesians 1:6 GNT: “Let us praise God for his glorious grace, for the free gift he gave us in his dear Son!”

God has given us a free gift, the chance for eternal life in the presence of the Father. We don't deserve the gift, we can't pay for it – it free to all who confess their need for a Savior and call Jesus “Lord.”

The Bible says that we are saved by grace through faith. Grace is undeserved favor, and that perfectly describes God's gift to us. Faith is believing in what we cannot see. We value the accounts of eyewitnesses who saw everything Jesus did and heard everything Jesus said. Faith in Jesus is what puts us in line for God's gift.

Paul writes, “God’s grace has extended to his people and enfolded them: he has ‘be-graced’ them!”
