Romans 8:39a NLT: “Nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Believers are adopted into the Holy Family. The Bible says we become “Children of God.” And just as any parent has an everlasting love for their progeny, so our Father God loves ALL his children - forever!
This scripture grants us ‘Assurance of Salvation,’ a kind of guarantee. In spite of the fact that we all have sinned, God wants us to repent and return to Him. He will never stop loving us, and welcomes us with open arms.
The Father was watching for the Prodigal Son to return home.
