Forgiveness!

January 6, 2025 Monday Message:

John 8:7b NLT, Jesus speaking: “Let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!”

An adulterous woman had been chased down by the Pharisees, and a crowd gathered. The law of Moses says that she should be stoned. Retribution and revenge topped the Pharisee’s agenda that day.

But Jesus had other plans. This was a teachable moment. Repentance, forgiveness and reconciliation always topped Jesus’ lists!

Loving the Lord and loving his neighbors were always #1 and #2 on Jesus’ agenda.
