May
28, 2018 Monday Message:
“Do
not bring your servant into judgment, for no one living is righteous before
you.” Psalms
143:2 NIV
We’re
all part of David’s group. We know and love the Lord, but we are not perfect.
We make mistakes; we experience shortcomings.
The
bible says that ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, so it’s a
large group. At one time or another, every one of us misses the mark. But we
are still believers; we are still God’s family, his people.
And
because of God’s everlasting lovingkindness, he would prefer that we repent and
return – turn from our errant ways, and return to him. God would prefer to
include us in his Kingdom of believers. We have a choice.
“Lord, I spread out my hands to you. I am
your servant.” from
Ps. 143
